Calhoun County Supervisors meet on January 2, and held their organizational meeting, which included swearing in the new Calhoun County Auditor. At their December 23 meeting they received updates and budget requests.

The Knights of Columbus - Manson chapter earned a Star Council Award.

A recent warming trend in the weather has eliminated much of the snow in the area.
